Holiday Extended Return Policy
Christmas is coming, and Sew Vac Direct wants to help make your gift-buying experience as easy as possible!
See below for the applicable products and products which are not covered. Conditions of the Holiday Extended Return Policy as follows: Provided the package is un-opened, it can be returned after 30 days from the day you receive it. Simply call 1-877-530-6592 for a Return Authorization number before January 2nd, and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number, so be sure to call us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Please Note: If you purchase a Philips/Kemper Extended Warranty with any Christmas gift, you can only cancel the warranty within a two-week period from the date of purchase. If the product is returned un-opened after that two-week period, the Extended Warranty cannot be refunded.
The Holiday Extended Return Policy applies to the following products (provided the boxes are un-opened):
- All new sewing machines
- All new sergers
- All new Hoover products
- Philips/Kemper extended warranties within two weeks of the purchase date
The Holiday Extended Return Policy does not apply to the following products:
- All embroidery machines and sewing/embroidery machines
- All sewing cabinets
- All parts, notions, special-order items
- All Super Saver models
- Philips/Kemper extended warranties after two weeks from purchase date
